Question: I am allowed to keep 4 of the following players as my keepers for next year. QB Romo , Big Ben RB Steve Jackson, Knowson moreno , Jonathan stewert, Brandon jacobs WR Marshall Roddey White , Steve Smth (CAR) TE Gates. I was offered Randy Moss and a teams 1st rnd pick for Jackson and roddey white. The pick is the 7th pick overall in next years draft . Should I make this trade ? and if so who should I keep?
Answer: I don't like the trade b/c S-Jax should be a workhorse, #1 fantasy back for the next 2-3 years. Randy Moss is definitely getting up there in age, and even on a top team like the Patriots, he showed immaturity and a lack of focus in the latter half of this season. I would decline the deal.
For your keepers in 2010, we like: Steven Jackson + Knowshon Moreno + Jonathan Stewart + Antonio Gates. The only draw-back with this collection of keepers is that you go into 2010 w/out any WRs. But, you will have what is likely to be the strongest RB/Flex collection. and you are turning loose three top WRs, and you could definitely target one of them with your first pick in 2010. Your RBs are too strong to make any other choice, and we like having a top, every-week play at TE locked-up with Gates.

Question: I am looking at making a trade in my dynasty league that involves me getting Ronnie Brown. What is the latest news on his injury and do you think he will be hampered by it? Thanks.
Answer: Everything that we have seen on Ronnie Brown states that his Lisfranc foot injury was not career-threatening or anything to be overly concerned with. With 6 months to go before training camps open, and 2 more months after that until games get started, he should be ready to go and be recovered. However, this is the second fantasy-devastating injury in three years to a top-tier #1 RB, and we are not very excited about trying to acquire his services for a high price for 2010. Without knowing the details of your trade, this one is hard to gauge. Personally, we are not going to be high on Brown going into next year due to the uncertainty of the injury and the fact that he seems to get hit with fantasy-season-destroying big ones on a regular basis.
